Bellovesus / Atlanteans

Atlantean design continues.

In the last illustration I realized that there is strength in simplicity and I returned to the very first idea.
When I wrote Bellovesus, story set in Atlantis, 10 years ago, I tried to concipe the story so that it was at least somehow historically accurate.
At that time, the Atlanteans were Sea people that invaded ancient Egypt.
That's why I started exploring frescoes from the Egypt temples like for example in Medinet Habu, where is painting how Ramses III defeats the Sea peoples in two battles.
The frescoes depict warriors like Sherdans from Sardinia and Libyans from North Africa + other Asian nations in both land (battle of Djahy) and naval (battle at Nile) engagements.
As usual I've mixed all ideas and created design of my Atlantean warrior
