Bellovesus / Atlantean hoplite

Hey guys, here is drawing of Atlantean hoplite from recent stream for Bellovesus story.

I still struggle with how to portrait Atlanteans in my book.

I have already mention in last design how Plato's Antlantis inspired me and I am trying to combine real history with more fantasy look.

I bealive its good to use some sea ornaments and sea shells for Atlantean armor and weapons as they supose to live on Island. With recent news real Atlantis was build on place called Eye of Sahara, which perfectly corespond of Plato's description.

So I am naturally fighting between real history and fantasy because Bellovesus story is set in ancient Lybia and Atlantis and I was always trying to wrote that story as real as possible with some twist such as Sea people were Atlanteans.
But that story is more 10 years old so naturaly it evolved in something little bit different.
