I am still working on my book - The Unknown World of Ida. It's been almost two years since I dedicated myself to this, but the older stories are 12 years old. And since many things changed during the development of the stories, I started writing the unknown world again from the beginning and this time chronologically from prehistory and the emergence of the first civilizations. Having created over a hundred illustrations in the last year, I have a pretty good idea of what my world looks like. I am now writing about Atlantis, and naturally new ideas came to me. It's an interesting synergy where I inspire myself with my writing and illustrations with each other.
Among other things, now is Inktober, a time when artists draw every day for the entire month of October. I won't be participating this year, but I'd still like to do some new sketches like the ones here. Looking back at my earlier work, I'd like to share the illustrations I did for The Unknown World. I also feel a strong need to draw traditionally by hand. I've been dealing with digital intensively for the past year, but I keep running into technical problems, which hinder my creativity.
At the same time, I'm about to start world building courses and I'm already making arrangements at places where it would be possible. So, as usual, I have a lot of work ahead of me, but I have a pretty clear goal. We'll see how it all turns out.
As always thank you for your support. I love you all.
