1 Year Art (Book) Progress

My almost complete art development of the unKnown world art book to this day.
Those who follow my world building series on a regular basis already know how long the process is and how much has changed.

I don't usually share unsused work, but I want you to see (and to know) that there are thousands of trials and errors behind each of work.

When you look back at your work and cringe, it means you've matured and that's a good sign.

The story is still evolving, as is my work. Whenever I get stuck on something it means I'm going in the wrong direction and by the next day I change it and everything goes smoothly.

That's why I rarely have art block. I always do what I feel at the moment and allow myself to relax and time to think.

On my best days I could manage to work on three different pictures in one day so I did around 400+ pictures last year. I'm still struggling with many things to this day.
Sometimes I rush my paintings which is bad but that doesn't mean I'm not proud of my art. Exactly opposite. I love everything I do.

I've been doing (learning) digital art since the 2022 but I have also experimented with it since 2012 ( as you can see at the end of video and in thumbnail).

Creating is fun, not a chore. And it should come from the heart and soul.

Remember: doing art in any form is not about goal to make perfect artwork but materialize your ideas, enjoy the ride and learn something new each time.

So happy dreaming and peaceful creation. :)

Love you all
-Mike
