It was spring when the semi-nomadic Tengri riders launched raid on the Tharkvilon Empire.
The last emperor Rhesus (picture) from Rhea dynasty set out against them.
Both armies met on the northern borders of the Almarian forest. Thanks to the melting of the snow, the rivers were flooded.
The Tharkan heavy infantry got stuck in the mud and were unable to retreat or engage fast Tengri horse archers who kept a safe distance and picked Tharkans one by one with their arrows.
