Akvila conquest / General Almaric

Previously:
Emperor Rhesus marches north against Tengri raiders.
However Tharkvilon army got stuck in the mud and was slaughtered in a battle where the Emperor died.

Meanwhile:
General Almarik is trying to get to the rear of the Tenger Horde in an flanking maneuver.
Unfortunately thanks to spring melting snow and flooded rivers, his advance was slowed and then stopped.
Almaric and his Rhean regiments finds themself surrounded on enemy territory without the support of the main army.

There is no going back...
