Bellovesus / Atlantean

I spent a lot of time gathering information about #atlantis - about 15 years. I could write a whole book about it. I actually did it - the story of Bellovesus.

Plato left us a perfect description and, among other things, described the atlantean army. Each region led a war chariot, two heavy soldiers, a man with a small shield and two horses, light skirmishers with javelins and slings and irregular auxiliary from the mountains.

All these years I have struggle with the #design of the Atlantean #ancientwarrior
There are three ways.
1) design them according to history which would be a stone age or #bronzeage period.
2) go the way of full #fantasy and use creative freedom for more interesting #characterdesign
3) portray them as soldiers who lived at the time of #plato from Greek perspective.

Bellovesus is part of my #fictionalhistory - 1000 years before Godfreys Rebellion so I goes in 4th way: little bit fantasy with some influence from #ancient times and #hoplite and logicaly keeping it in universe of GR
